Designer and art director, I always worked on side projects on my spare time, a way to experiment and develop skills. I started to code websites for friends and side projects, coding from scratch themes for Wordpress CMS, with PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery library. I always liked to code.
Interested in e-commerce, software as a service, digital publication, mobile app, I decided to follow a full stack web development course online, to get an overview of what it is like to be a web developer these days. I discovered there are lots of different languages and technologies involved, which constantly evolve. I decided to start with JavaScript, React, and then learn more about backend, SQL and databases, performance, and security.
